ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR QUOTATIONS :

1. Dimensions: All dimensions and tolerances on blueprints or sketches are assumed to be finished dimensions unless otherwise specified. AMZ Access Inc. ASSUMES NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, LIQUIDATED, PENAL OR OTHERWISE AS A RESULT OF SUCH DIMENSIONS AND TOLERANCES SPECIFICATIONS.

Prices: Prices quoted for special products are valid for the calendar year or 90 days, whichever is SHORTER. Delivery quoted is valid for 90 days from date of issue. Prices quoted for standard products are subject to AMZ Access Inc.'s Standard Pricing Policy. THE PRICES AND DELIVERY QUOTED IN THE AGREMEENT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY AMZ Access Inc., AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and AMZ Access Inc. with respect to your use of this site. You represent that you have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and agree and intend to be legally bound by it. You acknowledge that, in providing you access to and use of this site, AMZ Access Inc. has relied on your agreement to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
