Ltd. or its distributors under this Agreement or this site including, without limitation, pricing, training material, software code, product specifications and documentation, business and product plans, and other confidential technical or business information. Confidential Information shall not include information which is or becomes public knowledge without any action of yours, or without your involvement.

ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR QUOTATIONS:

• Dimensions: All dimensions and tolerances on blueprints or sketches are assumed to be finished dimensions unless otherwise specified. Apvision (Pvt.) Ltd. ASSUMES NO OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, LIQUIDATED, PENAL OR OTHERWISE AS A RESULT OF SUCH DIMENSIONS AND TOLERANCES SPECIFICATIONS.
• Prices: Prices quoted for special products are valid for the calendar year or 90 days, whichever is SHORTER. Delivery quoted is valid for 90 days from the date of issue. Prices quoted for standard products are subject to Apvision (Pvt.) Ltd.'s Standard Pricing Policy. THE PRICES AND DELIVERY QUOTED IN THE AGREMEENT ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY Apvision (Pvt.) Ltd., AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO ACCEPTANCE.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Apvision (Pvt.) Ltd. with respect to your use of this site. You represent that you have read this Agreement, understand its terms, and agree and intend to be legally bound by it. You acknowledge that, in providing you access to and use of this site, Apvision (Pvt.) Ltd. has relied on your acceptance to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
